Thanksgiving Month is here!

I don't know people, but to me it seems we just passed Thanksgiving! Where does the time go?
For my daughter and me it will actually be a sad day, instead of a celebration. Last Thanksgiving our beloved dog was killed. It's worse because we never even found out who shot him. Back then, we had just moved to this place a few weeks before thanksgiving. So when this happened, we didn't really know anyone that we could ask about who would do such a thing around here. It was a very sad day. We buried him with a lot of tears and broken hearts. He was only seven years old and our protector and friend.

Christmas in October!

This week I got a big surprise!! I opened the door to let the dog out and there was a pretty big box right in front of me. Yay! I couldn't open it quick enough to see what I had won. There were so many things inside of the box, I couldn't believe it. Laptop slipper, laptop carrier, notebooks, folders, and other stationary. It completely made my day since I had not won anything for a very long time. It felt like Christmas in October. Which brought me to the idea, to make a few little give-aways myself. Just to help the few people that might need it this Christmas!

To old for this?

Sitting here in the middle of the night at my workplace, getting so bored that I finally decided to try
my own Blog. That is really frightening for me and I have no clue how this all works.
But I started this now and I guess that trying it out wont kill me. It probably gonna embarrass
the heck out of me but I'm sure, I'm gonna survive this.

While I'm sitting here on my desk, our family got a new member tonight. It is a beautiful little Kitten with the name Miss Cher and I can't wait to go home and meet her. My daughter had send a picture and I got to say she is just gorgeous !!! We have now all together 4 dogs (Maxwell ca.3,SAM ca.2, Cloe and Alexis are 1 year old next month) and a Cat 6month old with the name Miss Suzy Q, and then there is Miss Cher about 6 weeks old
So I'm gonna try and put Miss Cher's picture here and end this for tonight. I am pretty sure I made a
Fool out myself. Not to old to do that at least :)
